We were honored to be selected to support Hyundai in the rollout of their Hyundai Shopper Assurance Program. Root & Associates provided both quantitative and qualitative consumer insights and developed a dealer-facing summary video of the program. In a follow-up study, we were again selected to assist Innocean USA, Hyundai’s agency of record, in evaluating the program and component names for Shoppers Assurance. Root & Associates research found that 84% of shoppers would choose a dealership that offered Shopper Assurance over one that did not.
